Why, How and When to Stay In The Moment meditation

This week, participants will strengthen concentration for “being here now” when desired. Newcomers and any or no faith welcome. Wheelchair-accessible, fragrance-free. No perfume, please. Eureka Mindfulness meets the first and third Sundays. Instruction at 10 a.m., silent meditation 10:15-10:35 a.m., 10:35-11:30 a.m.: a featured topic, technique and discussion, 11:30-11:40 a.m.: donation collection, announcements, 11:40 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: “bring your own lunch” eating and socializing.
