Zero to Fierce: Sunrise Walk

Laura Muñoz hosts an in-person procession at the Arcata Marsh to kick-off International Womxn’s Day. We will find places to stop, observe, and sense the landscape while waking up the body and mind with a loving movement practice. Difficulty level: easy. Wheelchair appropriate only partially. Location: Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary, parking lot between Klopp Lake and the Bay. Limited to 15 people.
