Wildlife photographer Alan Peterson will host a reception for his Wildlife at the Bottom of the Globe photography exhibition. Visitors can enjoy homemade snacks and large scale prints of wildlife from southern Chile and the Antarctic Peninsula before a slideshow and lecture at 6:30pm. Peterson’s work displays the animals that thrive and raise their young in some of the world’s harshest, most remote environments. See closeup views of life in Magellanic, Gentoo and Chinstrap Penguin rookeries, the icy landscapes and seascapes of the frozen continent, and some of the giants that live in the southern seas.
