This charming Old Town Eureka shop is a great place for vintage finds including "fancy lady" bags, shoes and jewelry, old toys, globes, tropical Pacific barkcloth fabrics and drapes, mid-century housewares, linens, antique dishes and glassware. There are even pieces of Humboldt history in the form of cookbooks, ashtrays and ephemera from the area's most beloved restaurants and inns. Owner and native Eurekan Gloria Mori is hostess to over a dozen eclectic vendors in the shop's different booths, which are curated by her daughters Michele and Malissa.

Blossoms Florist & Country Chic Shutter Sisters
The first thing you notice once the clever window displays have drawn you in is the intoxicating scent of fresh flowers. Florist Denise Boldway (who established her first floral business in 2000 at the age of 19) has partnered with Country Chic Shutter Sisters, Candice Trask and Sheryl Morrison, to offer a potpourri of up-cycled, repurposed, one-of-a-kind goodies accompanied by stunning fresh flowers and plants. In addition to furniture painted in a palette of sea glass colors, you'll come across treasures like trunks and suitcases reinvented as tables and shelves, whimsical hand-embroidered dish towels like Grandma used to make and a myriad of decorative vintage bargains.

If, Inspired Vintage Interiors
For Tanya and Todd Hudy, If is a family affair. The Rudyard Kipling poem after which they named the shop graces the wall in honor of Tanya's grandfather. (He felt the message was so important that he offered cash incentives to young relatives to memorize and recite the verse.) Tanya's had a love affair with antiques and vintage patina for years, lovingly restoring or repurposing secondhand items in her workshop. When she's got her hands full with her other three children, eldest daughter Taylor Sloper minds the store. In addition to their retail operation the Hudys offer home staging services and are always ready to offer in-home decorating ideas.
