Marjo Lak and Jen Madrone will be hosting a sound bath at Papa & Barkley Social. They will be using planetary gongs, crystal bowls, drums, Tibetan bowls, bells, and other sacred instruments.
Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, and pillows.
