Solstice Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga assists our transition to the season of rest, a reminder to our bodies that we need and can access self-care. It may look (and feel!) like simply laying around, stretching, breathing and being propped up by blankets. It is, and yet it is more. Restorative postures help lower our blood pressure & heart rate, stimulate the immune system and keep the endocrine system operating healthily.Space is limited and you can pre-register at Garberville Boutique. $30 in advance, $35 at the event. There will be a $5 discount (given at the class) for participants who are unwinding from White Winter Solstice Party in Benbow. Bring a yoga mat and blankets IF you have them, otherwise, bring yourself, comfy clothes and an open heart. The practice will be accessible to all levals of yoga experience, including first timers.
