“Self-Help Mindfulness Tools” Eureka Mindfulness meditation

This time, participants will sample ways to ease one’s body-mind - no matter what. Free-will donation suggested $4-$7. Newcomers welcome. No perfume, please. Meets first and third Sundays. Instruction 10 a.m., silent meditation 10:15-10:35 a.m., 10:35-11:30 a.m.: featured topic, technique and discussion, 11:30 a.m.-noon: “bring your own snack” eating and socializing.
