Tory Eagles is the Pelican Bay Scholars Program Coordinator and is a Master's of Social Work alumni of Humboldt State University. William Feather is the Inmate Services Coordinator for the Mendocino County Jail and is currently in the Master's of Social Work Program at Humboldt State University.
