Rio Dell-Scotia Chamber of Commerce Mixer

The superintendents of the Rio Dell and Scotia school districts, Angela Johnson and Amy Gossien respectively, will be the featured speakers at the August 16 mixer hosted by the Rio Dell-Scotia Chamber of Commerce. Johnson is beginning her first year in that post after formerly serving as the principal at Rio Dell and Gossien is completing her first year as superintendent after teaching for many years in Scotia. The event is free and open to all and includes refreshments, a 50-50 cash raffle and the chance to win other prizes. The mixer is held at the Rio Dell Volunteer Fire Department community hall at the corner of Wildwood and Center streets in Rio Dell and starts at 5:30 p.m. with the program at 6 p.m.
