Members of the Humboldt community are invited to attend and to make recommendations to RCAA’s Board of Directors regarding ideas about meeting the needs of the County’s low-income residents. Public comments on identified unmet needs will be incorporated into the Agency’s biennial Community Action Plan for the period of 2020 and 2021.
