The state of public education will be examined at Lifetree Café on Sunday, April 22 at 7 p.m. The program, titled “Pass or Fail? The State of Education,” features filmed interviews with Nikhil Goyal, TED talk speaker and author of One Size Does Not Fit All: A Student’s Assessment of School, and Sajan George, the founder of Matchbook Learning, a school- turnaround organization. Lifetree participants will have to opportunity to discuss the current state of public education and what changes might improve the system. Casual conversation café. Coffee and snacks.
