Mindfulness Meditation

February 4 - March 12. Tues & Thurs, 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Mindfulness Meditation is paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with what is. You'll explore the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness in this 6 week course. You'll be given a variety of tools that will help you strengthen your practice. Yoga mats will be available. You're also welcome to bring cushions or back rests if these would make you more comfortable. Register by Jan. 31.
