Heads up, Humboldt:
While the county's masking mandate has been lifted, Public Health is still strongly recommending masking indoors in public, social distancing and "avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated spaces." COVID-19 is still with us, so be sure to check the protocols at event venues.

Marit Benthe Norheim was born in 1960 in Norway and currently lives and works in Denmark. "I am interested in art which is placed into - or is a part of - a context, and which can be experienced on many levels, not just through the intellect and thoughts.... Producing a story - my own selected parts set in relation to the site specific - has been the driving force of large parts of my production." Ms. Norheim will discuss mobility, flexibility, social participation, direct involvement and collaborations, and her international work as a woman in the public art realm.
