Libérate – Moving Free: Opresión y el Cuerpo - Oppression and the Body--CANCELLED

The workshop is an experiential journey during which participants learn healing ways to listen to the body, begin the process of breaking free from oppression, foster resilience, improve function, and encourage expression. Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Laura Muñoz is a Somatics practitioner and theatre maker working with the Arcata Playhouse on the Round Story, a multimedia project on racial equity and social justice. The January 11 workshop will be presented in English; the February 22 workshop in Spanish; and the March 14 workshop in both languages. Everyone is welcome at all workshops.
