KIDS BULLY PROOF SELF DEFENSE SUMMER CAMP 2021

AGES 4-15 -5 days of a great Brazillian Jiu jitsu self defense skills and confidence boosting experience. -Your child will learn real proven bully proof skills, increased awareness, verbal assertiveness, spatial awareness, fear management, coordination and - Exercise through training, fun group activities and games while making new friends! -Two adult Black Belt instructors onsite with extensive experience training children and adults. -Your child should come in workout clothes. -Bring a personal snack and full water bottle. -No experience necessary.
