Friends of the Arcata Marsh (FOAM) will host free drop-in family nature craft activities at the Arcata Community Center on Saturday, April 20, as part of the 24th Annual Godwit Days Spring Migration Bird Festival. Activities will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Arts & Crafts Room. Stations will include making Marsh critter ornaments; painted rock owls, penguins, or chicks; paper bird hats; paper bird masks; wooden bird calls; and toilet paper roll owls. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
