Redwood Park- Playground
Meet us at dawn (7 a.m.) at Redwood Park by the Playground as we walk from the dark into the light. The rhythm of the waking forest will be the guide that entices our spirits to fully arrive. Awareness of the rising sun reminds us that after dark, there is light.
The Forest Sunrise Walk is open to people 15 and over. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. We will go rain or shine (unless it is pouring!)
