Earth and Water

Ceramicists Fania Franklin, Jen Rand, and Allegra Brucker will exhibit work in three unique styles, all influenced by the natural world. Fania Franklin creates pottery and tiles inspired by the vibrant nature of Humboldt County, with many of her pieces evoking the movement of ocean waves. Jen Rand's pieces are colorfully glazed with designs inspired by patterns such as estuaries or tree branches. Allegra Brucker creates pinched pots and sculptures that are a direct expression of her inner journey, inspired by natural forms such as hearts, leaves, seed pods and menorahs.
