Last year KEET-TV held a recipe contest for local youth ages 14-25. Contestants were invited to enter their favorite family recipe along with the story behind their particular dish. Three contestants were selected to record in KEET's kitchen and share their cooking skills on "My Family, My Flavors." The winners include Hailey Kanen from Fortuna High School with her bacon-wrapped albacore, Vanessa Pacheco from College of the Redwoods with her Wet Burrito, and Jacob Beyer from Fortuna High School with his Pumpkin Bars.
