“Buddhist Tools for Relating to Oneself" Eureka Mindfulness meditation

This time, participants will explore ways to improve how we relate to ourselves. Newcomers welcome. No perfume, please. Meets first and third Sundays. Instruction 10 a.m., silent meditation 10:15-10:35 a.m., 10:35-11:30 a.m.: featured topic, technique and discussion, 11:30 a.m.-noon: “bring your own snack” eating and socializing.
