An Evening of Chocolate, Cider, and Beer

Come join this local pairing event featuring chocolate from Dick Taylor Chocolate, cider from Humboldt Cider Co., Wrangletown Cider Co., and beer from The Booth Brewing Co. We have put together some wonderful combinations of these local favorites for you to savor and enjoy. There will be also be cheese from Cypress Grove, fresh fruit, and locally made bread to enrich your pairing experience. Owners Adam Dick of Dick Taylor Chocolate and Pat Knittel of Wrangletown Cider Co. will be present to walk you through their favorite pairings and give you an inside peak at their process. Other makers may join the fun. Tickets are $25 to this fundraiser benefiting North Coast Dance dancers who will be traveling nationally this summer to attend advanced ballet training schools throughout the U.S. All proceeds go to our dancers.
