Paddling their way against an outgoing tide, the paddling witches reached their turn-around point at the dock next to Halversen Park about an hour after put in at the Eureka Public Marina.

The paddling witches rather reluctantly turned around at Halversen Park and headed west back to their take-out at the Eureka Public Marina, aided by an out-going tide on this beautiful day.
