2021 Samba Parade

Rocio Cristal leads the Samba da Alegria Parade featuring Afro-Brazilian drum rhythms, samba dancing, and colorful costumes. The Arcata Playhouse wonder wagon will be at the Art Market from noon to 2 p.m. with all the materials needed to make fun creature masks for the All Species parade.
