California Biodiversity Week BioBlitz Competition Event

Come celebrate California's wonderful biodiversity! North Coast Redwoods is hosting two in-person events at Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park and the other at Humboldt Redwoods State Park! Both events will have exploration tables, activities, and park naturalists. Join our annual Bioblitz competition between Prairie Creek and Humboldt Redwoods. Download the iNaturalist App and make observations within each park. See which parks get more observations and the most species diversity! The competition will be running September 7th- 15th. This year's grand prize of an annual day pass for the district will go to the iNaturalist Observer that enters the most species.
